Heres the plan. Lets loose some fat!
1) No eating after 9. keeping calories in deficit. Going to bed by 12.
2) cut down on sweets, breads/grains and fats. Ban all candy’s and softdrinks.
3) eat more of Fresh fruits and vegetables and drink more of water.
4) workout at least 30 minutes a day. (1 hour recommended)
5) Keep track of weight using Libra app. Take pics of the progress every 2 weeks.
6) Make bad ass gym playlist.
7) Follow Weight loss on tumblr and Read more about it.
8) Take Breaks when using the computer with help of program called Workrave.
